What does a copywriter do?
Copywriters provide the written words for projects being initiated primarily by business owners and managers, as well as professionals seeking employment or advancement. Business requires written language that invokes the reader to act; to hire, to buy, to invest, to feel, to remember, etc. Whatever your intention is, I bring to life through words. I create promotional material, website content, social media presence, news buzz (locally and online), informative bodies of work, professional communications & much more. How much does copywriting cost?
Prices can vary greatly, dependent on the project. To best understand the factors that are considered, read this helpful blog post. Most pieces are quoted as a one-time sum, but an on-going project like social media management would be paid for on-going until the project is terminated. You may be asked to provide a retainer, a lump sum that will ensure your placement in my schedule and will pay for my services as they are completed. Because you are the expert of your business and vision, I may need you to be available to answer any questions I may have along the way, but our initial proposal is most often enough to complete your project.
Can you build the website or create the brochure your writing will be applied to?
I can certainly lay the groundwork of a website, a blueprint or concept to accompany the writing it’s being applied to, and I have the resources to put together a basic website, contingent on my workload and what your specific business needs are. A brochure’s look and layout would best be sourced from a person knowledgeable in graphic design and you are in luck because I’ve put a team together to meet all of our outsourcing needs!
